Do you want to own a Thai restaurant? Lamoon Thai at 906 Thayer Avenue in downtown Silver Spring is now available for sale. The restaurant is still fully open for business, and as such, is being marketed as a turnkey business opportunity for an aspiring restaurateur out there. According to the online sale listing, the asking price is $100,000. There are about thirteen months left on the restaurant's lease.
Though the source website says Lamoon Thai opened in 2021, it also says it's a ramen place; both are errors. In fact, when the Thai market closed they divided the space and then the Thai market owners resumed the prepared food part of the business.
