We knew Salon 8227 was being
converted into a hookah lounge, and now we know what it will be called. The permanent sign has been installed above the storefront of
Cabana Hookah Lounge at 8227 Georgia Avenue in downtown Silver Spring. Construction on the interior continues behind the papered-over windows.
