March is coming in like a lion for those in the parts of downtown Silver Spring where the Purple Line light rail construction project is rapidly advancing. Several zones will see heavy activity - the Silver Spring Transit Center, Colesville Road, areas along the CSX main line tracks, and key points of the downtown street grid on the future rail line's route.
