Exhale Smoke Shop is coming to 8203 Georgia Avenue in downtown Silver Spring. Originally described as a convenience store selling tobacco products and packaged food, the business model appears to have shifted to strongly emphasize the former. The space was previously home to Hertz and a wig store.
