The CVS Pharmacy at 1290 East-West Highway in downtown Silver Spring will be remodeled this year. Many CVS stores in Montgomery County and across the country are being remodeled to reflect the chain's aggressive entry into the health care field. The Montgomery Hills CVS is among them. New interior layouts include a "Health Hub," and more space around the pharmacy counter area to handle vaccinations, for example.
