Montgomery County police responded to a strong-arm carjacking in Wheaton Sunday night. The carjacking was reported in the 11300 block of Fern Street at 8:48 PM, according to crime data. Some further information on this incident: A man pulled the male victim out of a black Hyundai Elantra in front of Nava Thai, and sped off in the vehicle, MoCo PG News reported on Twitter.
