Spirit Halloween will operate a store in Aspen Hill for the 2024 Halloween season. It will be at 13822 Georgia Avenue, at the Northgate Plaza shopping center. If you've been to a Spirit Halloween store, you know that just touring the store can be a Halloween event in itself, with all of the animated ghouls, creepy decor, and costumes on display.
