Silver Spring construction update: Core (Photos)

Here's an update on Core, the 16-story mixed-use project under construction at 8621 Georgia Avenue in downtown Silver Spring. Foulger-Pratt and Willco are the development partners.

Core will contain 292 apartments and about 1500 SF of retail space. Given its location, it not surprisingly has a projected walk score of 95. The project is scheduled to deliver this summer.
