A second carjacking this week in downtown Silver Spring has been reported. The vehicle was taken in a strong-arm robbery on 13th Street at 4:47 AM on Wednesday. An armed robber committed the
first carjacking this past Sunday in a Montgomery County-owned garage on Wayne Avenue.
Note to self: Do not buy a car!
