Montgomery County police responded to a report of a 2nd-degree assault at an apartment complex in Burtonsville Tuesday afternoon, October 31, 2023. The assault was reported in the parking lot of the Knights Bridge II apartments at 13516 Greencastle Ridge Terrace at 3:57 PM on Halloween.
