Easy Like Sunday, an all-week brunch restaurant, is now open at 8455 Fenton Street in downtown Silver Spring. This is the local chain's third Maryland location, with two existing restaurants in Baltimore. Specialties include Crab Cake Eggs Benedict, Fried Chicken with Cornmeal Pancakes and a Short Rib Grilled Cheese Sandwich. Easy Like Sunday is open seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
My fiend Shirley and I had brunch there one afternoon. It was a greet afternoon. The food was excellent. We had the shrimp and grits. Next time we plan to have the Crab Cake Eggs Benedict. The owner and staff were kind and friendly.
