Tilted Kilt applies for liquor license at Wheaton Plaza (Photos)

The Tilted Kilt, coming soon to Wheaton Plaza, has requested a liquor license from Montgomery County. Their hearing will be today in Rockville.

Meanwhile, the restaurant and pub is still hiring Kilt Girls at this time.
