Ooh La La Beauty Bar is coming soon to Wheaton Plaza. This is the newest location for a chain of salons offering a Drybar-style blow dry bar, along with traditional beauty salon services. The company is a new one, only founded in 2014, and mall locations are one of their primary markets.
