Las Americas Supermarket is coming to Wheaton. The grocery store will be opening at 2404 University Boulevard W., previously home to BeClaws. Las Americas is already moving in, and it's interesting to see how they are converting the restaurant space into a supermarket configuration.
Is this related to the one in Rockville?
ReplyDeleteI don't know for sure - the logos are different, but I can't think a different owner would allow someone to use his store name so close to the Rockville store. There was a legal fight between two pizza restaurants in Bethesda when one tried to use the same name a few years ago.
