The latest report of a carjacking in Montgomery County brought police officers to an Aspen Hill apartment community Tuesday morning, February 22, 2022. Montgomery County police were called to a residential parking lot in the 3200 block of Weeping Willow Court off Bel Pre Road at 7:19 AM, according to crime data.
