Frank's Burger Place has moved up in the world, to a nicer location at 11230 Grandview Avenue, in the Wheaton Triangle. A new, expanded menu features all the burgers and chicken sandwiches you loved from the original location, plus more sandwiches, salads, and breakfast items. Operating hours at the new location are 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM Wednesday through Sunday, and 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Mondays and Tuesdays. DeleteIf they offer breakfast sandwiches, you'd think they would be open at an earlier time. Not to many people want breakfast at 11 am.
