Citadel Creole Cuisine is coming soon to Wheaton. The fine dining, full-service Caribbean restaurant will be located at 11300 Fern Street. That 6600-square-foot building has experienced a heavy turnover of Caribbean restaurants recently, including Crossroads Two, and Islands Lounge. With seating for 600, Citadel Creole Cuisine hopes to open before the end of the month. Initial operating hours will be 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM Monday through Thursday, 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM on Fridays, 1:00 PM to 3:00 AM on Saturdays, and 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Sundays.
