  1. Montgomery County Police are reporting that the young man who was shot and killed had been arrested in October at a known MS-13 gang hang out. There is no confirmation that the young man was a gang member or that this was a gang killing at this time.

    1. On December 21, 2017, a man named Jose Herrera was arrested
locally for a 4th degree dwelling burglary. I'm going to assume this is our deceased victim.......... and I'm going to assume the detectives will start with this incident and work backwards looking for the murderers !!

  2. Seems like typical Santuary County Policy to have arrested a person at a known MS-13 gang house, keep them in jail for a month and then to let them out of jail for them to be shot multiple times and killed.Montgomery County is lost.

  3. I guess typically the person released from jail would be an illegal immigrant and would have killed someone like an innocent citizen, but might this be a new twist on releasing gang members back into the community?
