Palisades Lounge, Quarry House Tavern post new signs as countdown to opening continues in Silver Spring (Photos)

Palisades Lounge has posted "coming soon" signage. The lounge is replacing a closed paint store at 8211 Georgia Avenue.

Meanwhile, Quarry House Tavern still doesn't have a confirmed opening date, but deliveries are picking up. A new sign posted tries to clear up the confusion - Amazon deliveries are going in, but not customers yet. However, they say, stand by for an announcement "soon."

      NBC4, FOX5, ABC7 and CBS9 all report the same local news stories...it's just so frustrating that every outlet can't claim each story as their own so there won't be duplication across the networks. Gosh darnit!!
