More fallout from the coronavirus pandemic for Montgomery County workers.
Charlotte Russe announced yesterday that it is laying off 13 workers at its Wheaton Plaza store. It could be worse; the boutique's Wheaton Plaza neighbor JC Penney has filed for bankruptcy.
