Montgomery County police responded to a report of a pickpocket at a store in downtown Silver Spring on Monday afternoon. At least one pocket was picked at a "department/discount" store in the 900 block of Thayer Avenue around 4:27 PM, according to crime data.
What is with the rampant crime in Silver Spring? This is giving me yet another excuse to never go out!
