New Takoma Park City Manager Robert DiSpirito has made a change to the city government's administrative structure. He has added two deputy city managers, after assessing the current structure, and concluding that the additions would more effectively serve the Mayor and Council, as well as residents. DiSpirito has named Andrew Bolduc (internal operations) and David Eubanks (external operations) as Deputy City Managers.

Bolduc had joined the City earlier this year in another capacity, but has served as a Deputy City Manager in his home state of Vermont. Eubanks has served in City government since 2021, and was the acting City Manager prior to DiSpirito's hiring.
