Montgomery County police are investigating a shots-fired incident that was reported in a residential neighborhood in Wheaton on December 7, 2025. Residents reported hearing gunfire in the 11100 block of Easecrest Drive at 6:41 PM that evening. That is in the Glen Haven neighborhood off of University Boulevard.
Police describe the suspect only as a Black male of unknown age. If you have any information that could assist detectives in closing this case, call police at (301) 279-8000.
