The Unisphere, a 120000 SF expansion of United Therapeutics' downtown Silver Spring campus, is expected to deliver in 2018. It will include a six-story office building, retail space, and a parking garage. As you can see, construction is about 3 floors above ground level at this point.
FYI, in case you didn't know, there's a second (far smaller) UniTher building currently under construction at Cameron and Spring. It's basically just a crater in the ground, currently.
