Water main break in Aspen Hill affects traffic, school schedule

The traffic mess earlier this morning
in Aspen Hill after water main break
A water main break at Connecticut and Georgia Avenues Sunday continues to affect traffic and school schedules this morning in Aspen Hill. Two southbound lanes of Georgia at Connecticut remained closed for this morning's rush hour, as WSSC crews attempted to repair the break. The WSSC says that the amount of other utilities buried close to their own water pipers has slowed down the repair effort.

    2. I'm not going to do Dyer's work for him. He will have to do it himself. Readers can go to several local news sites that have updated coverage.

    4. 1:38 Trolls of the community aren't immune to traffic and school delays/closures. No intention here other than to enable irreverence. Greatly appreciated by all.
