The Ripley District has been a hot spot in the most-recent phase of the redevelopment of downtown Silver Spring. It's about to heat up again. Washington Property Company has filed with Montgomery County for construction permits for its Ripley II project.
A 27-story apartment tower, it gained extra height from the County by promising a "niche" grocery store. Ripley II will be located at 8210 Dixon Avenue.

And your rendering is old, the facade finishes and street level appearance have been significantly changed and enhanced. ReplyDeleteWow i can't believe you deleted my comment again. There is no grocery store, it's a food hall/market as was reported (with quotes by the developer) in Source of the Spring on May 8. Why not just update your post? You'd get more respect from your audience instead of just deleting the comments you don't like.
