XOA Lifestyle is now open at 937 Ellsworth Drive in downtown Silver Spring. This is the local apparel chain's new flagship store. Specializing in upscale street fashion apparel and eyewear, brands on sale include DMV Deadstock, Mare, WhoIsPluto, PreyFour, Michelle & Co. and Timeless Sports. XOA takes over the space recently vacated by New York & Company.
