Shoppers got more than they bargained for at one Wheaton grocery store early Monday morning. Montgomery County police were called to a store in the 11200 block of Georgia Avenue at 7:16 AM regarding a case of indecent exposure. The offenses widened to include obstructing officers and shoplifting, according to crime data. A Safeway store is located on that block of Georgia.
