The Country's Best Yogurt is making a bid to be Silver Spring's best yogurt. TCBY will be opening a store at 8563 Fenton Street, which was home to Smoothie King until recently. The frozen yogurt chain is 42 years old, after opening its first store in Arkansas and expanding to over 250 locations worldwide. I have fond memories of their Aspen Hill store; the Silver Spring opening will mark their return to Montgomery County.
