Outback Steakhouse has posted a "coming soon" banner outside its future restaurant at 8661 Colesville Road at Ellsworth Place mall in downtown Silver Spring. It has been under construction inside for months. Smaller signs at the side of the outdoor patio dining area note that the restaurants is "now hiring." This will be Outback's third Montgomery County location, joining Germantown and Aspen Hill.
