Express and Express Men have closed at Westfield's Wheaton Plaza mall. The chain has filed for bankruptcy. It announced earlier this year that it would close nearly 100 of its stores nationwide. The Express stores at Westfield's Montgomery Mall in Bethesda were recently added to the closure list, which appears to be expanding.
