He is described as a 72-year-old white male who is 5′ 7″ tall. He has white hair, a beard, and a moustache. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a white hat, a blue shirt, and tan pants.
Police and family are concerned as Mr. Carlo is a diabetic, and does not have insulin with him.
