A new required public meeting has been scheduled by Neighborhood Development Company for its proposed Takoma Junction project for
Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 7:00 PM in the cafeteria of Takoma Park Middle School, located at 7611 Piney Branch Road. The plans include a large retail structure at 7221 Carroll Avenue. Takoma Junction has been heavily criticized by residents for both the City's handling of the public process, as well as the project itself, which many feel is out-of-character with Takoma Park.
