Popeyes is moving into Silver Spring in a big way. New locations are planned downtown, and in the Briggs Chaney area. Construction has finally begun on the downtown Silver Spring location, which is at 8401 Georgia Avenue, at Bonifant Street. Contractor Itek Construction is handling the job here.
