Jersey Mike's has signed a lease at the future White Oak Town Center development in Silver Spring. It will be located at 12255 Prosperity Drive. The shopping center will be located at US 29 and Industrial Parkway. Jersey Mike's is the first restaurant tenant to come aboard at the property, which is located near the future Viva White Oak development. Inspire Nail Spa and European Wax Center are also opening locations at the town center.
