Kensington 7-Eleven for sale

The 7-Eleven at 10594 Metropolitan Avenue in Kensington is for sale. It's very unlikely to close, because only the 7-Eleven business is up for sale, not the building itself. The asking price is $150,000, which does not include the 7-Eleven franchising fee, according to an online listing. As to why it is for sale, the owner says he is ready to retire.

    ...why is there an article about some random NC pharma manufacturing facility and not an article about UniTher's new manufacturing facility in - wait for it - downtown Silver Spring? You didn't cover the new facility a single time during planning, construction, or its opening.

      10:12: I covered the construction and completion of the UniTher facility from start to finish on this site. Literally hundreds of photos. That is a totally separate story from Montgomery County fumbling the Eli Lilly factory.
