The building that currently houses
Nava Thai is available for lease or to buy, according to an
online real estate listing. Under current zoning, the property is eligible for mixed-use redevelopment. It is half-a-block from the Wheaton Metro station according to the listing (but about a block-and-a-half by my calculation as a Wheaton pedestrian). The listing declares the building is available "Now."
