Montgomery County police have released surveillance video footage of three suspects in the November 6, 2020 robbery of a department store at Wheaton Plaza. Police arrived on-scene around 1:00 PM, and determined from surveillance footage that a black female, white female and black male had gathered merchandise before exiting the store toward the parking area.
Confronted by a security guard, the black female allegedly pepper-sprayed the guard in the eyes. The guard was then struck several times by the white female. All three suspects successfully fled the scene.
