The sign over the storefront at the future Flip'd by IHOP at Downtown Silver Spring is now lit at night. Inside, construction of the kitchen appears nearly complete, but there is no visible sign of the customer-facing order and pick-up area yet. Take-out is the name of the game with the trimmed restaurant size and menu of the Flip'd concept. This is one of only four Flip'd locations announced in America so far; two have opened in New York City and Lawrence, Kansas, while Silver Spring and Cincinnati do not have opening dates yet.
