The Long Branch Library will temporarily close for "needed repairs" to the building's HVAC and plumbing systems, Montgomery County announced Tuesday. It will be closed from Thursday, August 4, 2022 through Sunday, August 7. The library will reopen on Monday, August 8.
Patrons may still return borrowed items in the building's book drop during the closure. For all other library services, the County is directing residents to the Silver Spring, Wheaton and White Oak branches.
