Montgomery County police have arrested a suspect in a shots-fired incident in Veirs Mill Village in Silver Spring on February 24, 2024. Police were called around 5:31 PM that afternoon, when gunshots were heard in the 4100 block of Garrett Park Road. Officers arrested Juan Ramos, 25, of Silver Spring.
