Montgomery County police are seeking the public's help in identifying and locating a suspect in the July 28, 2025 shooting in the White Oak area of Silver Spring. In a brazen, daylight attack at 9:47 AM, the suspect allegedly shot an adult male victim, whose current condition was not detailed by police.
