Windsor is planning to move inside Westfield's Wheaton Plaza mall. It is currently located on Level 1 of the mall, next to Hot Topic. The women's fashion boutique will soon relocate upstairs to Level 2, across from the food court in the JCPenney wing of the mall. "Coming soon" signage has been posted across the future storefront. Windsor has been family-owned and operated since its founding in 1937 - very impressive!
