Wheaton Plaza Wendy's to host grand-reopening celebration, Carter's hiring

You could win free Wendy's burgers for a year at their Wheaton Plaza location at 11030 Veirs Mill Road tomorrow, August 10, 2019. The giveaway is part of tomorrow's official celebration of the restaurant's grand-reopening after renovations to update its design.
