J. Hollinger's Waterman's Chophouse will be opening soon at 8601 Georgia Avenue in the Lee Plaza building in downtown Silver Spring. They're putting the finishing touches on the interior. Here's a sneak peek inside the new steakhouse from the owner of popular Montgomery County restaurants The Daily Dish and The Dish and Dram. The bar and gleaming kitchen (in the background) are visible, as is an inviting and upscale entryway.
