Flip'd by IHOP will host its grand opening tomorrow morning, September 20, 2022 at 6:00 AM at 8537 Georgia Avenue at Downtown Silver Spring. The first 100 customers in line will receive a free Original Pancake Bowl. Emily Sklar of Hot 99.5 FM will be broadcasting live from the new fast casual restaurant from 8:00 - 10:00 AM. Flip'd by IHOP is a new take-out oriented concept from IHOP with a menu that focuses on pancakes, burritos, breakfast bowls and beverages.
