Champions Sports Bar at 9433 Georgia Avenue in the Montgomery Hills area of Silver Spring is available for sale. The asking price is $185,000. All equipment, liquor license and lease will transfer to the new owner, so it is being marketed as a turnkey opportunity to acquire a fully operational sports bar.
Champions opened in October 2020, and is still open for business as it seeks potential buyers. The reason for the sale is that at least one of the owners is relocating, according to the sale listing.
