Metropolitan Restaurant Week has been such a success at J. Hollinger's Waterman's Chophouse at 8606 Colesville Road in downtown Silver Spring, the restaurant has extended its Restaurant Week dinner menu through September 10, 2023. The 3-course tasting dinner menu is $40. Items from the Restaurant Week dinner menu will also be available a la carte during the extension.
