District Bistro, which will share the former Umberto's space at 11230 Grandview Avenue in the Wheaton Triangle, is getting close to opening. Sister restaurant Frank's Burger Place already opened on the other side earlier this month. Logo signage and operating hours have been applied to the front windows; inside, booth seating and tables are in place. Stay tuned for an opening date.
