TCBY is moving closer to making its triumphant return to Montgomery County. "Coming soon" signage has been posted at the frozen yogurt chain's future 8563 Fenton Street location in downtown Silver Spring. This was a Smoothie King until recently. TCBY will be quite an upgrade in this spot.
